INTEGRASI ADMINISTRASI PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN MADRASAH: STUDI KASUS DI MIS AR RUM MEDAN MARELAN
Abstract
Administrasi pendidikan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas tata kelola madrasah, tetapi berbagai penelitian terdahulu masih membahas administrasi kurikulum, peserta didik, tenaga kependidikan, sarana prasarana, keuangan, dan hubungan masyarakat secara terpisah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis integrasi berbagai komponen administrasi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan MIS Ar Rum Medan Marelan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus intrinsik yang dilaksanakan pada Februari–April 2026. Data diperoleh melalui observasi nonpartisipatif, wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap 12 informan yang dipilih secara purposif, dan analisis dokumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik, pemeriksaan anggota, diskusi sejawat, dan penelusuran audit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pengelolaan madrasah dibentuk oleh keterhubungan administrasi kurikulum, peserta didik, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, sarana prasarana, keuangan, serta hubungan madrasah dengan masyarakat. Namun, keterbatasan tenaga administrasi, tingginya beban administratif guru, pengelolaan arsip manual, dan belum optimalnya digitalisasi masih menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini menegaskan administrasi pendidikan sebagai sistem tata kelola terintegrasi yang mendukung koordinasi, akuntabilitas, dan efektivitas pelayanan madrasah.
